Exceptional customer service!

We had a great 3-night stay! The pool area was clean and inviting, offering a fun place for the kids to unwind after a day out. The room felt spacious, with comfy beds that made it easy to kick back and relax. We also loved being close to a ton of dining options, which made our nights out super easy. Plus, we felt very lucky, no complaint!

I ran into issues with a shower that wouldn’t drain properly, and despite a variety of breakfast items, the setup felt cramped and unappealing. Parking was tight due to ongoing renovations outside, making it a challenge to find a good spot.

I had a great time here! The bed was super comfy, and I loved the peaceful atmosphere for a solid night's sleep. The breakfast had a nice variety—just what I needed to start the day! The only downside was that the breakfast area got a bit crowded during peak hours. Would definitely stay again!

I was disappointed with the bathroom's poor condition. it felt outdated and worn. Despite the pleasant lobby, my room had a musty odor that lingered even with the air conditioning running. The pool area had bugs, which made it uncomfortable to relax there.

Very friendly staff provided superb customer service throughout the stay. The breakfast selection surpassed expectations, with fresh options that pleased picky eaters. Unfortunately, the strong odor in the hallways and loud noises from above disrupted sleep. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but the dated decor and furniture showed significant wear that could use improvement.
